2021 Coaches
MAKENA MAURER is a Co-Head coach returning for her fourth year. She recently finished her third year at OSU, where she is studying ELS, Teaching English as a Second Language.
KYLE MCABIER, a 2018 Kenston graduate, will also be a Co-Head coach. Next year, he will be a junior at the University of Cincinnati studying Architecture. This is his fourth year as a BBLS coach.
HALEIGH SHAFER (also a Kenston grad) will be returning a a second-year coach this summer. She will be a junior at OSU next school year, studying Marketing.
LEILAH SHAFER, a recent Kenston graduate who will be heading to Miami University in the fall, is joining the coaching team this year as an Assistant Coach! She has a long swimming history, having gone to States for the 100 Free in high school, where she broke a Kenston record. Leilah also loves honey mustard, spicy foods, and Peppa Pig. :)
